Carers information

There are a huge number of carers in the UK, and more specifically Llanelli, who are caring for a loved one, be this through choice or necessity.

It can be a very demanding job, but please know there is help there for you. If you are a carer, please let us know – we will do all we can to help.

Support for carers

As a carer, remember to take care of yourself as well as the person you are caring for. Ensure you take regular breaks and make time for yourself.

Always reach out to family, friends, and other carers for support when you need it. There are many organisations that provide support for carers as well. They can provide advice and guidance on a range of issues, from financial matters to emotional wellbeing. Please remember, you are not alone and there is help and support available to you.
